I really wanted to love this place. The first time I went it was very very good. The second time I went there was only one person working and the line was very long. He then charged me incorrectly but I let it go because I felt bad for the guy as he was so far behind. This is the now third time I have been here and I couldn’t order what I wanted because they were using the ENTIRE grill to cook chicken, so they couldn’t make quesadillas. I am fairly certain the queso was spoiled but this was my first time ordering it so maybe it is just always gross but the 4.9 star rating makes me doubt that. It literally tasted like sour cream and yogurt. The rest of the food was very good, so it seems the place is just very hit or miss

Really great food, a much better alternative to popular restaurants close by. Tastes like home in its authenticity, so I always come when I feel reminiscent. The employees are nice for the most part, though some are moody.

Great spot to grab a quick bowl. They provide very generous portions, their staff is friendly, and their bowls include queso and plantains. Love the variety of sauces that they have as well. Zupp deals make a visit an even better deal.

The owners are amazing people who really care for the store but unfortunately this place has really gone downhill recently. Most of the time I come in they tend to overcharge me for something I didn’t add. One of the male employees that I always see always has an attitude (one time he was cussing out-loud because the store got busy). Just yesterday I was up-charged for a bowl and when I saw the receipt and saw the mistake, I asked him to fix it and he had issues with their system. He looked at me like I was crazy for asking for a small refund and asked me to wait for the last 2 people in line to checkout. I obviously told him no I would like to hold my spot in line and not have my food get cold. He ignored me and still let the next person through (the lady next in line was very uncomfortable because she definitely didn’t feel good skipping me). Luckily the owner was there and fixed everything before the entire line got through. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I had WAY less issues with employees/food quality/things running out when the previous big/tall manager was there. He kept that store running like a dime. One top that, half the time there is no soap or the soap dispenser is broken and

Tela is absolutely amazing and delicious! I have family who is from Honduras so I've been to Honduras and the authenticity of the food is spot on! Even my sisters ( who are from Honduras and go to school here) say it's authentic and it reminds them of home! Their dad even says the same! That says a lot that people from Honduras/live there are saying how delicious it is. Go try this amazing family owned restaurant. The service is also an A+++++++++ YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. if you don't like it I'm sorry to say but something is wrong with you
